This project will develop urban rail metrics and reporting frameworks, (metrics that mainly evaluate the supply side of the rail network) by investigating and analysing the interaction/relationship between the proposed network performance metrics and the customer service experience. The metrics identified by this research will be used to evaluate the performance of both supply and demand of the rail network.
